What you can keep
One record for each thing your family has: the details you need, nominees where they apply, and photos and PDFs of the papers. Each record can be for anyone in your family.

Private by design
TotalFolio has no account and no server. What you keep in it stays yours.
On your phone
Your records are saved encrypted, and the key stays in your phone’s secure storage. Lock the app with your phone’s own fingerprint, face or PIN.
Your own backup
If you choose, an encrypted copy goes to your own Google Drive. Only you can open it, with a password you choose, on a new phone too.
Nothing to us
There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking. TotalFolio never asks for bank passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs or card CVVs.
A record keeper, not an adviser
TotalFolio never tells you what to buy or sell, and it sells nothing. It shows your own records and your own dates.
Help test TotalFolio
Before a new app can go on Google Play, Google asks new developers for at least 12 testers who keep it for 14 days. If you have an Android phone, you can help.
- Email us the Gmail address you use for the Play Store on your phone.
- When the test opens, you get an email with a link to install TotalFolio from Google Play.
- Keep it installed for at least 14 days, and tell us what was confusing or broken.
We use your email address only for the test. More in the privacy policy.
Questions
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Your records stay on your phone, encrypted. Only if you turn on backup does an encrypted copy go to your own Google Drive, and only you can open it, with a password you choose.
What if I lose my phone?
If backup was on, install TotalFolio on the new phone, choose the same Google account and type your backup password: your records come back. Without a backup they can’t be recovered, because no one else has a copy.
Is TotalFolio an adviser or a seller?
No. It keeps your records and reminds you of dates. It never tells you what to buy or sell, and it sells nothing.
Is it free?
Yes. The app on your phone is free, and there are no ads.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet. TotalFolio is coming to Android first.
